Features a smart, roomy interior with swagger pockets for ample storage and organization including two water bottle pockets and one designed just for your Stanley. Been using for a month now:

1. It gets heavy. I carried it on a train to, from, & around a conference. Wished I had just brought my old work backpack instead.

2. The zipper that holds the luggage strap part of the bag closed at the bottom kept digging into my lap. I wish this zipper was either internal or was tucked in a lot more. Also, this zipper would come partly open randomly, just from my natural movements. So a way to lock this zipper in place would be appreciated.

3. I really, really hated that this keychain strap was towards the back of the bag where it was digging into me or my items in front of it. I would have preferred this strap to be at the front or in a zipped front pocket.

4. Would have also liked a couple of pen pockets.

5. The plastic clips attaching the strap look and SOUND cheap. For the price I paid, I would have expected the clips to be metal.

6. One of awkward pleather handles got nicked by something somewhere and has a chunk torn out of it.
