Overall a good tote

It is well made and love the long handles as well as the shoulder strap. I purchased the tech pouch and it helps keep things organized. The inside can get a bit tight when carrying laptop and bulky paperwork and drink cups, just don't overload it. Needs a few pen slots on the office side of the bag. The other smaller slots I put my lip balm in easy access.
