My Favourite Bag!

Its the perfect shape, I can shorten the strap to be a shoulder bag which I love or keep it longer as a cross body vibe! I get lots of compliments and love telling people that its a Metis-Canadian brand :)

I was so excited to receive this. When I opened the bag, the zipper was all wavy and wouldn't flatten / straighten out even after a quick steaming. I returned it immediately and even sent a photo to customer service but haven't heard back regarding my refund. Really unfortunate, I was looking forward to this.

Beautiful functional bag

I love this bag the only thing I wish it had was a few more pockets so I can put my AirPods, lipgloss in instead of just throwing it in the bottom but still not a deal breaker. I did have an issue with the first bag I received as the stitches fell out but contacted support and they were beyond fantastic and helpful and replaced it no problem. I will be ordering more 100%
